opportunities with passionate education professionals. The Recruiter will work collaboratively with a small
team to find the perfect match between top talent and companies.
What You’ll Do:
·Own the candidate experience by managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process
·Partner with Hiring Managers to understand and prepare job descriptions and postings for open
·Source talented, diverse, and top-notch professionals for the requisitions
·Screen candidates virtually and ensure thorough vetting of skills, personality, and experience
·Represent and advocate for the candidate to the Hiring Manager and/or Business Development
·Review and recommend salary, preparing and facilitating offer and employment negotiations on
behalf of the candidate and client
·Meticulously maintain and update the Bullhorn database with client information and requisition
·Ensure the recruitment process is in compliance with all Federal and State employment laws and
regulations, as well as QTS requirements
·Provide an excellent candidate experience through the recruitment process
·Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers
·Leverage data to drive recruiting decisions, sourcing strategies, and quality of hires
·Collaborate with the QTS Team to continuously grow and improve the company’s impact
·Network with potential candidates and recruitment sources, building on-going relationships within
the community
Who You Are:
·Enjoys working remotely, at your own pace, and on your own schedule
·2+ years of Recruiting Experience; Education Technology industry experience is a plus
·Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required
·Proven experience with sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis, offer
proposals, offer negotiation, pre-employment validation, etc.
·Strong knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems is strongly preferred
·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience creating data-driven analytical reports
·Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
·Aptitude in assessing candidate’s fit within the position and company’s culture
·Diligent time management and project management skills
